Little Rock’s YouthBuild program is forging head with important work to positively impact youth participants and the local community.
- On November 29, the YouthBuild program began its fourth cohort of Mental Toughness.
- Five additional participants recently joined the program, bringing total enrollment to 18.
- YouthBuild staff members are coordinating with the City of Little Rock and Habitat for Humanity for participants to complete on-site construction work.
These accomplishments build on the success of previous YouthBuild cohorts, funded by over $3.8 million in grants that the Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) has received from the Department of Labor since 2010.
