The Little Rock Workforce Development Board‘s (LRWDB) One-Stop Operator, Equus Workforce Solutions, held a center-wide training at the Little Rock Workforce Center on March 20, 2024 in partnership with Regions Bank.
The professional development session for Workforce Center staff was entitled The Importance of Savings. It included critical financial topics like understanding savings options (like CDs and investments), the importance of emergency savings, and steps to create a savings action plan.
This training is part of ongoing efforts to offer resources for workforce development professionals as they diligently provide services to employers, job seekers, and other local stakeholders.
