On November 19, 2018 Colleen Lassiter began working for the Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) as Bookkeeper, Internal Monitor and Administrative Assistant. Colleen comes to the LRWDB with skills gained from CARTI, Lexicon Steel, Ashland Chemical and Chenal Country Club.
The LRWDB Bookkeeper, Internal Monitor and Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for:
- Monitoring all special and WIOA funded grant programs
- Overseeing financial operational activities conducted by local WIOA contractors and One-Stop Operator(s)
- Ensuring that appropriate services are delivered to eligible participants
- Certifying that all applicable federal, state and local regulations are in compliance
