The Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) hosted its first Virtual Career Fair on July 24. The innovative career fair was made possible by partnerships with Equus and the City of Little Rock. Job seekers were able to visit virtual career fair booths, speak with representatives via a Chat Room to learn about open City positions, and much more.
The first-time FREE virtual event produced notable results. Post-analytics reflect a high degree of participation and engagement, including:
- 181 sessions and 129 users
- 76 pre-registered participants
- 1611 Facebook engagements
- 3913 people reached through Facebook with a 90% response rate
