On January 21, 2020 representatives from the Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) and Essick Air Products delivered a presentation on Incumbent Work Training to the Arkansas Workforce Development Board (AWDB).
LRWDB Executive Director, W. J. Monagle, and Spenser Barksdale, a Product Engineer with Essick Air Products, updated the AWDB on the results from a recent Incumbent Work Training Grant for $7,800.
From December 2-4, 2019, four employees from Essick Air Products in Little Rock received Incumbent Worker Training on the Mitsubishi EDM machine. The training was made possible by a Work Based Learning program grant from the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services to the Little Rock Workforce Development Board.
